2.1. Trial Period: If you are in a trial period and have not yet subscribed to our recurring payment option, you will not be charged during this period. Therefore, no refund will be necessary. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details on the trial period and payment subscription.
2.3. Unauthorised Charges: If you believe there have been unauthorized charges to your account, please contact us immediately for an investigation. If we determine that the charges were indeed unauthorized, we will issue a refund.
